Angela Aldebs : Many people ask me many times where are you from? And what is your affiliation? I always enjoy that they can't really tell where I was born. Yes, I am the daughter of this land, I was created by chance there, and I feel privileged that with these features I can belong to several cultures. in frame : Angela Aldebs Finland - Helsinki © Alaa Alatrash
Mohammad Ali Deeb : This is an invitation to break stereotypes Especially those that directly control our way of life, such as classifying people based on ready and effective templates without giving them the opportunity to interact closely and discover their true identity. in frame : Mohammad Ali Deeb Germany -saarbrücken © Alaa Alatrash

Nevin Chami : We do not read, we only work like machines and we get married to have more than four children, so how do we have time to read, so a man over fifty years old told me when I was sitting in a seat for two people on the train and reading one of the Fifty years, and this idea about us, the sons of the East, grows in his head and the head of his children and grandchildren... And as a Muslim refugee in Germany, I contented myself with saying to him, “The first word that God commanded Muhammad to write in the Qur’an is “Read.” in frame : Nevin Chami Germany - Essen © Alaa Alatrash
Omar Mohamad : When I was thinking about coming to Europe or Germany, I did not think for a moment about stereotypes. I had a great hope for humanity, but I was surprised as if I am always in a state of self-defense and fighting prejudices. in frame : Omar Mohamad Germany - Dortmund © Alaa Alatrash
in frame : Adnan Abdalrahman I used to hear people say that the West has a stereotypical image of the Arabs, which is summarized in the scene of a tent surrounded by some camels, I was surprised and think: "It is an exaggeration." However, I've lived this experience with some people when I came to Germany, As I met some people who are completely ignorant of the Arab lifestyle, the extent of their urbanization and how civilized they are. It happened on the first Easter I presenced here. A German woman in her eighties brought me a basket full of colored eggs. I liked it and wanted to keep it as a decoration for some days , but when she came the next day and found the eggs as they were, she thought I didn't know what eggs were or how they were eaten. But the situation just got weirder for me when she started teaching me how to peel it and how do we eat boiled eggs!! I was shocked and remembered all I had heard about that stereotypical image of Arabs in the West. Then I realized how dangerous the role of the media is, in shaping a distorted image of other cultures, and convincing its followers that this is how others live. In my opinion it is destroying any possible bridge of communication and rapprochement between peoples around the world, strengthens division, and may contribute to a large extent in creating hatred Germany - Bochum © Alaa Alatrash
Rami Shikh AlHara : Giving prejudgments without thinking or understanding is just destroying the real image, so that there is no strong competitor capable of exposing your weaknesses. This attempt by this project is to restore the human perspective in a modern way mixed with history and passion, which I believe can change an incorrect impression or immature holistic thought. in frame : Rami Shikh AlHara , Actro Germany - Essen © Alaa Alatrash
Stereotypes are often psychologically frustrating, and they oppress a lot of people in reaching a rank based on their potential, they target the person in everything that surrounds him, making him live different conflicts with himself and society in frame : Ziad Saleh Germany - Dortmund © Alaa Alatrash
